  • Attest required documents at Ministry of Foreign Affairs (outside Saudi).
  • Send documents to our office in Saudi Arabia.
  • Attestation of documents in MOFA (KSA).
  • Apply for business trade name and activity at SAGIA / MISA.
  • Obtain approval and CR issuance from SAGIA / MISA.
  • Register with GOSI, ZAKAT & VAT, MOL, Ministry of Commerce.
  • Activate Ministry of Commerce portal.
  • Register company national address.
  • Apply for corporate bank account.

For Sole Proprietorship Company
  • 1. Suggested Company Name
  • 2. Owner's Passport copy
  • 3. Copy of Owner's NID (Mandatory)
  • 4. Owner's Copy
  • 5. Passport size photograph of Owner
  • 6. Specimen signature of Owner
  • 7. Owner’s Mobile number and email address
  • 8. Nominee's passport copy, NID, photo, signature, mobile number, and email
